New! Christmas Holy Card #6 – St. Liguori Prayer – pack of 10/100/1000 – Stocking Stuffer – Keeping Christ in Christmas! – Restored Card

This charming card, with the prayer on the front in English, was done by a major French holy card company, Bouasse and Jeune, circa 1910. We looked up headscarves, and they were in vogue in 1910, and Bouasse and Jeune liked to be in the forefront of trends. The prayer on the front is an excerpt from the Christmas novena of St. Alphonsus Liguori (1696–1787). We put a longer section of it on the back, and the rest of it can be found on line.

Our restoration of this holy card is one of our series of Christmas Holy cards. We've restored these beautiful old cards as a little way to help strengthen people's spiritual lives and make our Christmas celebrations holier.
