New! Crucifixion – Our Redeemer Lives – pack of 10/100/1000 – Easter Holy Card

This somber and beautiful Crucifixion is from a splendid old holy card that came out, we think, circa 1900. Perhaps Italian. It’ was a richly-inked lithograph, which created strong shapes and lines. It has an unusual composition; originally it had a three-panel front, making it longer than a typical holy card. We took the bottom half of the original card and put it on the back, and then tried to match the font on the back to match the original font of the card. Along with a short, traditional prayer, we have put the translations of the Latin from the front and back panels onto the back of the card, "My Redeemer Lives..."
