New! Our Lady of Sorrows Chaplet – Holy Card – pack of 10/100/1000 – Vintage Holy Card
The image of Our Lady of Sorrows is a miracle image. It dates back a long time in Quito, Ecuador. On 20 April 1906, thirty-six boys at the Jesuit Fathers’ school at Quito, together with Fr. Andrew Roesch, saw the Blessed Mother slowly open and shut her eyes. Numerous other people saw this, all documented. It a testimony to her omnipresence among us, her children. She is also called Our Lady of Quito.
On the back we have the Chaplet of the Sorrows of Mary. It's a handy reference for when you're wanting to pray that chaplet. Let us note, that for years, we thought that Our Lady of Sorrows was to be avoided, as who wants to be more sad? But we've come to see her sorrow as a compliment to Jesus's passion. Her sorrow is our sorrow, and it is a loving path to Jesus.
Available in quantities of 1000 for serious distribution. Contact us for higher quantities.
