St. Therese of Lisieux said some beautiful things about her relationship to our Lord in His Eucharist. We have quoted her on the back of this card, as well as a short prayer. We hope in some small way to help the fire in the hearts of the faithful for their Lord.

The beautiful picture on the front is by Jan van Kessel the Elder (1626-1679). It was painted towards the latter part of his life. Van Kessel was a painter from Antwerp with a phenomenal range. He painted insects, birds, landscapes, portraits, still lives, as well as religious subjects, and he did it all with verve and style.
