Our Lady of Grace and Light Art Print
Our Lady of Grace and Light Art Print
This is a print of a painting by Sue Kouma Johnson in acrylics and colored pencil on paper. The image is called "Our Lady of Grace and Light." It borrows from the image of Our Lady on the Miraculous Medal, but adds a glow of yellow to symbolize her bearing of the Light of the World. The rose has long been the symbol of Mary and her love so pure and strong, for God and us, and thus she chose to add the border of roses.
Warmth and light emanate from this painting. There's a sense of comfort that we receive in pondering the Blessed Mother. The colors are an even blend of cool blues and greens, and warm reds, corals, and yellows. It would be lovely in a room of blues and greens, or a neutral room with pops of red and pink.

Each of the sizes indicates outside dimensions. In the 3 options, there is a BORDER of white left around the image, approximately 1 1/2" to 2" all around.
