Therese of Lisieux Art Print
Therese of Lisieux Art Print
Sue Kouma Johnson painted this image in watercolors and colored pencils from a photograph of Saint Therese of Lisieux, the "Little Flower," one of her favorite saints. Therese was a cloistered Carmelite nun in France. She has been declared a doctor of the church even though she only lived 24 years. She shared with the world the "little way" of holiness in her life story, "the Story of a Soul." She died in 1897 after much suffering which she gladly bore for her Beloved Jesus.
IMPORTANT: Each of the 3 sizes indicates outside dimensions. There is a border of white left around the image, approximately 1 1/2" to 2" all around.
